摘  要:复合材料由于自身的结构特点,在制孔过程中易产生劈丝、分层问题,严重影响飞机外观和质量。针对此类问题,分析造成劈丝分层缺陷问题的产生机理,选用并分析KKL-375表面膜与AC531/CCF800H预浸料组合的复合材料各项性能参数指标,策划复合材料叠层制孔工艺试验,制定控制缺陷产生的工艺防护措施,最终通过工艺试验摸索出最优的KKL-375表面膜与AC531/CCF800H预浸料组合的复合材料叠层制孔参数。Due to its structural characteristics,composite material is prone to generate split and delamination during hole making process,affecting aircraft appearance and quality seriously.In regard to this problem,analysis on the generation mechanism of split and delamination has been conducted,with consideration on selection and analysis on every performance parameter index of composite material combined with KKL-375 surface film and AC531/CCF800H prepreg material.Therefore composite material lamination hole making technological test has been accomplished,and technological prevention measure to avoid fault generation has been prepared as well so that the optimal hole making parameter of lamination of composite material combined with KKL-375 surface film and AC531/CCF800H prepreg is concluded thorough the technological experiment.
