摘 要:采用钢铁零件电镀银工艺,高温合金钢零件电镀银容易发生起皮、脱落现象,镀层质量达不到要求。为了弥补高温合金钢电镀银工艺的空白,在钢铁零件电镀银工艺基础上进行改进,针对高温合金钢GH2132材料零件电镀银,具体从改进浸蚀方式、预镀镍中间镀层、使用专用工装等方面研究,验证改进工艺的合理性。同时,进行模拟批生产试验,考察其生产适用性。结果表明,高温合金钢电镀银工艺可明显改善高温合金钢GH2132银镀层的表面质量,并且适用于批生产。The silver plating of high-temperature alloy steel part is prone to generate peeling and peeling-off by using the silver plating technology of steel parts that cannot meet coating quality requirements.In order to fill the gap in high-temperature alloy steel silver plating technology,improvement on silver plating technology of steel parts has been conducted.Regarding to silver plating of GH2132 high-temperature alloy steel material parts,studies on erosion mode improvement,pre-nickel plating on middle coating and operation of special tooling as well as rationality verification of the improved technology has been accomplished.Meanwhile,simulated batch production test has been conducted to verify the production applicability.The result shows that surface quality of silver plating of the high-temperature alloy steel GH2132 can be greatly improved by using the high-temperature alloy steel GH2132 silver plating technology,which is also applicable to batch production.
