摘 要:碳纤维环氧树脂尾缘条受结构限制,零件制造难度较大,属于行业难题。本文针对尾缘条装配完成后产生的外形问题,采用数字化模型结构分析、数字化检测、零件制造数据追溯等手段,分析故障机理、识别故障产生因子并作出工装结构改进设计。通过装配工艺过程创新优化并多次使用反变形方法,弥补零件制造过程不可控因素带来的零件翘曲变形,从而满足复合材料尾缘条安装后的最终技术指标。Due to the structure limitation,it is an industrial difficulty in manufacturingthe carbon fiber epoxy trailing-edge strip.Regarding to contour problem generated after assembly of the trailing-edge strip,the paper analyses the failure mechanism,recognizes failure generation factor and makes design improvement on tooling structure.Through innovation and optimization of assembly technological process and multiple operation of anti-distortion methods,part buckling and distortion generated by uncontrollable factor during the part manufacture process can be compensated so as to meet final technical index after installation of composite material trailing-edge strip.
