摘　　要：Human oocytes contain a highly specialized compartment known as the Balbiani body(Bb).The Bb is a nonmembrane structure densely packed with mitochondria,RNA and Golgi[1],[2].In some non-mammalian species,the Bb serves as a determinant of germline identity by forming germplasm[3],with its composition orchestrated through phase transition[4].Despite being observed in human oocytes for over 50 years[5],[6],the regulatory mechanisms governing the structural organization and functions of the Bb remain elusive.It is still controversial whether mouse oocytes contain conventional Bbs[7]and the Golgi coalescence was usually defined as a Golgi ring.It is unclear how this unconventional Golgi ring is assembled and whether it plays a role in mouse oocyte fate determination.
