摘　　要：生物样本库在现代医学研究中扮演着关键角色,其保存的体液和组织样本对医学研究、精准医疗、药物开发和公共卫生领域至关重要。蛋白质组学研究中,高质量的蛋白质样本对满足下游实验需求、确保蛋白质表达水平分析和结构分析结果的可靠性起着决定性作用。本文综述了蛋白质检测方法、不同样本类型蛋白质质量控制方法以及不同实验的蛋白质质量检测要求,旨在为生物样本库蛋白质质量控制提供全面的指导,以提高医学研究的准确性和可靠性。Biobanks play a key role in modern medical research in which the body fluids and tissue sample stored are vital to the fields of medical research,precision medicine,drug development and public health.In proteomics research,high-quality protein samples play a decisive role in meeting the needs of downstream experiments and ensuring the reliability of protein expression level analysis and structural analysis results.In this paper,protein detection methods,protein quality assessment methods for different sample types and protein quality detection standards of different experiments are reviewed,aiming to provide comprehensive guidance for the protein quality control of biobank,so as to improve the accuracy and reliability of medical research.
