摘　　要：生物样本资源在医学研究与生物医药研发领域扮演的角色越来越重要,对解决人类健康问题具有不可或缺的基础性作用。近些年,生物医疗技术行业蓬勃发展以及对生物医药研究的持续深入,活样本资源在药物研发、临床疾病的治疗以及转化应用方面扮演着至关重要的角色。本文探讨了生物样本库在国家战略实施和生物医药产业发展中的重要性,特别强调了低温保存的关键技术、专业人才的培养和建设以及专业第三方服务在生物样本库建设过程中的核心作用。通过对国内外相关文献和数据的综合分析并提出具有针对性的建议,以期推动生物样本库的健康、持续发展。Biological sample resources have become increasingly vital in medical research and the development of biopharmaceuticals,serving as an indispensable foundation for addressing human health challenges.In recent years,the rapid development of the biomedical technology industry and the deepening exploration of biopharmaceutical research have underscored the significance of live sample resources in drug development,clinical disease treatment,and translational applications.This paper delves into the importance of biobank in the implementation of national strategies and the development of the biopharmaceutical industry,with a particular emphasis on key cryopreservation technologies,the cultivation and construction of professional talent,and the core role of specialized third-party services in the establishment of biobanks.Through a comprehensive analysis of relevant literature and data from both domestic and international sources,this paper provides targeted recommendations to foster the sustainable and robust development of biobank initiatives.
