摘　　要：样本采集是代谢组学研究的基础,直接影响研究结果的可靠性与有效性。规范的样本采集流程不仅能减少人为和环境因素的影响,还能确保所采集样本真实、准确地反映研究对象的生物学信息。本文详细探讨了人类生物样本采集的原则和操作规范,包括均质化和一致性原则、迅速性原则、低温原则等,并对液体样本、固体样本和细胞样本的采集、储存、运输及销毁进行了系统性总结。遵循这些规范,可以有效提高代谢组学研究的质量和结果的可重复性,从而促进临床应用和人类医学的发展。The collection and processing of human biological samples are fundamental to metabolomics research,directly affecting the reliability and validity of the results.A standardized sample collection process not only minimizes the influence of human and environmental factors but also ensures that the collected samples accurately and authentically reflect the biological information of the research subjects.This article discusses the principles and operational norms for human biological sample collection in detail,including the principles of homogenization and consistency,promptness,and low-temperature storage.Additionally,it provides a systematic summary of the collection,storage,transportation,and disposal of liquid,solid,and cell samples.By following these specifications,the quality of metabolomics research and the reproducibility of results can be effectively improved,thereby promoting clinical applications and the advancement of human medicine.
