摘　　要：种子细胞活库是细胞技术研究和应用的基础和重要工具。随着细胞技术的不断发展,在生物制药和细胞疗法领域,种子细胞活库建设逐渐受到重视。种子细胞库的建设目的是经过严格的技术规范和标准化的质量控制储存细胞系,以确保种子细胞的可使用性、安全性和有效性,种子细胞库为后续的研究和临床应用提供稳定的来源。本文介绍了种子细胞库建设的背景,探讨了种子细胞活库样本采集、检测、存储和质控方法,旨在为干细胞库的建立和管理提供有益的参考。The seed cell biobank is a fundamental and essential tool for cell technology research and applications.As cell technology continues to advance,the construction of seed cell biobank has gained increasing attention in the fields of biopharmaceuticals and cell therapy.The main objective of a seed cell biobank is to store cell lines under strict technical specifications and standardized quality control to ensure their usability,safety,and efficacy.Seed cell biobanks serve as a stable source for subsequent research and clinical applications.This paper reviews the background,methodologies,and quality control measures involved in the construction of seed cell biobank,and presents results and discussions aimed at providing valuable insights for the establishment and management of stem cell banks.
