摘 要:目的比较农村地区饮用水消毒前后微生物变化,评价消毒质量,为当地饮用水消毒质量管理提供依据。方法以2021年1月—2023年12月山东省日照市莒县8家水厂的出厂水和末梢水的水质报告各96份为研究对象。统计水厂消毒饮用水所使用的消毒剂种类,观察出厂水样本中的消毒剂余量,计算达标率。另观察出厂水与末梢水的菌落总数情况与总大肠菌群情况,统计超标率,评价当地饮用水消毒质量。结果出厂水样本的消毒剂余量达标率为92.71%,消毒剂余量检测全部达标的水厂有4家,占比50.00%。出厂水样本的菌落总数达标率为95.83%,末梢水样本的菌落总数达标率为94.79%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.117,P=0.733)。出厂水样本总大肠菌群达标率为96.87%,末梢水样本的总大肠菌群达标率为95.83%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.148,P=0.700)。结论莒县地区饮用水的消毒剂余量达标率较高,保持消毒剂余量有效浓度,可以让出厂水和末梢水的菌落总数与总大肠菌群得到明显控制,是保证安全饮水的关键。莒县地区大部分出厂水和末梢水的样本微生物检测达标,但仍有部分样本存在消毒剂余量不达标或菌落总数、总大肠菌群超标的情况,有待加强水卫生管理,进一步提高饮用水消毒质量。Objective To compare the changes in microorganisms before and after disinfection of drinking water in rural areas,evaluate the quality of disinfection,and provide a basis for the management of local drinking water disinfection quality.Methods The study focused on 96 water quality reports of the factory and 96 water quality reports of terminal water from 8 water plants in Shandong Province Rizhao City Juxian County from January 2021 to December 2023.To count the types of disinfectants used for disinfecting drinking water in the water plant,observe the disinfectant residue in the factory water sample,and calculate the compliance rate.To observe the total number of bacterial colonies and total coliform bacteria in the factory water and terminal water,calculate the exceedance rate,and evaluate the disinfection quality of local drinking water.Results The compliance rate of disinfectant residue in factory water sample was 92.71%,and there were 4 water plants with all disinfectant residue tests meeting the standard,accounting for 50.00%.The compliance rate of the total number of bacterial colonies in the factory water sample was 95.83%,and the compliance rate of the total number of bacterial colonies in the terminal water sample was 94.79%,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.117,P=0.733).The compliance rate of total coliform bacteria in factory water sample was 96.87%,while the compliance rate of total coliform bacteria in terminal water sample was 95.83%,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.148,P=0.700).Conclusion The compliance rate of disinfectant residue in drinking water in Juxian area was relatively high.Maintaining the effective concentration of disinfectant residue could significantly control the total number of bacterial colonies and total coliform bacteria in factory water and terminal water,which was the key to ensuring safe drinking water.Most of the samples of factory water and terminal water in Juxian area met the microbiological te
