摘 要:目的探讨低温等离子体灭菌器对医疗器械消毒的效果,为医疗器械消毒提供指导。方法选取2023年1—12月天津中医药大学第一附属医院消毒供应中心待消毒灭菌的200包医疗器械,随机分为研究组和对照组各100包,对照组给予环氧乙烷气体灭菌法,研究组给予低温等离子体灭菌器。比较两组的灭菌合格率、医疗器械的保存效果、灭菌循环周期以及24 h内的医疗器械周转率和使用率。结果两组医疗器械的物理、化学、生物及细菌学监测合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。保存3、6个月后,研究组医疗器械监测总合格率分别为99.00%、98.00%,高于对照组的92.00%、91.00%,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.701、4.714,P<0.05)。研究组灭菌循环周期所耗时间短于对照组,24 h内的医疗器械周转率和使用率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子体灭菌器在医疗器械消毒中表现出与环氧乙烷气体灭菌法相当的灭菌效果。而低温等离子体灭菌器在保存时效、灭菌效率和医疗器械周转率方面具有明显优势。因此,低温等离子体灭菌器是一种高效、快速且对医疗器械影响小的灭菌方法,适合在消毒供应中心推广应用。Objective To explore the effectiveness of low-temperature plasma sterilizer on disinfection of medical instruments and provide guidance for the disinfection of medical instruments.Methods A total of200 packages of medical instruments to be disinfected and sterilized at the Disinfection and Supply Center(CSSD)of First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected and randomly divide into study group and control group with 100 packages in each group.The control group was given ethylene oxide gas sterilization method,while the study group was given low-temperature plasma sterilizer.The sterilization qualification rate,preserving effect of medical instruments,sterilization cycle period and medical instruments turnover and utilization rate within 24 hours between two groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the qualification rates of physical,chemical,biological and bacteriological monitoring between the two groups of medical instruments(P>0.05).After being stored for 3 and 6 months,the total qualified rates of medical instruments monitoring in the study group were 99.00%and 98.00%,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group with 92.00%and 91.00%,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.701,4.714,P<0.05).The sterilization cycle time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the turnover rate and utilization rate of medical instruments within 24 hours were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-temperature plasma sterilizer exhibited sterilization effects comparable to ethylene oxide gas sterilization in medical instruments disinfection.Low-temperature plasma sterilizer had significant advantages in terms of shelf life,sterilization efficiency and medical instruments turnover rate.Therefore,low-temperature plasma sterilizer was an efficient,fast and minimally i
