腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断卵巢瘤样病变的价值

摘　　要：目的研究卵巢瘤样病变诊断中应用腹部超声联合阴道超声的效能,以期为卵巢瘤样病变的诊断提供参考。方法选取滕州市中心人民医院2021年1月—2023年11月收治的80例卵巢瘤样病变患者,病理确诊良性病变49例,恶性病变31例,所有患者均进行腹部超声及阴道超声检查,计算并比较不同超声检查方式的诊断效能。结果腹部超声检查结果显示,恶性28例(35.00%),良性52例(65.00%);阴道超声检查结果显示,恶性27例(33.75%),良性53例(66.25%);腹部超声联合阴道超声检查结果显示,恶性32例(40.00%),良性48例(60.00%)。腹部超声与阴道超声联合诊断准确率为96.25%,高于阴道超声的82.50%、腹部超声的76.25%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腹部超声与阴道超声联合诊断灵敏度为96.77%,高于阴道超声的70.97%、腹部超声的64.52%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腹部超声与阴道超声联合诊断特异度为95.92%,高于腹部超声的83.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但与阴道超声的89.80%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹部超声联合阴道超声可以实现卵巢瘤样病变的准确诊断,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To study the efficacy,using abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ovarian tumor like lesions,in order to provide reference for the diagnosis of ovarian tumor like lesions.Methods A total of 80 patients with ovarian tumor like lesions admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from January 2021 to November 2023 were selected.Pathological diagnosis showed 49 cases of benign lesions and 31 cases of malignant lesions.All patients underwent abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound examinations,and the diagnostic efficacy of different ultrasound examination methods was calculated and compared.Results The results of abdominal ultrasound examination showed that 28 cases(35.00%)were malignant and 52 cases(65.00%)were benign;the results of vaginal ultrasound examination showed that 27 cases(33.75%)were malignant and 53 cases(66.25%)were benign;the results of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound examination showed that 32 cases(40.00%)were malignant and 48 cases(60.00%)were benign.The diagnostic accuracy of combined abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound was 96.25%,which was higher than 82.50%of vaginal ultrasound and 76.25%of abdominal ultrasound,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity of combined abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound was 96.77%,which was higher than 70.97%of vaginal ultrasound and 64.52%of abdominal ultrasound,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic specificity of combined abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound was 95.92%,which was higher 83.67%of abdominal ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but compared with vaginal ultrasound with 89.80%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound could achieve accurate diagnosis of ovarian tumor like lesions and had high clinical application value.
