阑尾炎术后的饮食护理研究进展

摘　　要：在临床上,阑尾炎是一种很常见的疾病,是由多种因素引起的。阑尾炎的预后与患者是否得到及时治疗、是否在发病早期就得到诊断和治疗密切相关。患者基本可以在短时间内恢复,死亡率很低,约为0.2%。如因病情延误而推迟治疗,可导致其他并发症,严重时甚至可导致死亡。阑尾炎临床表现通常为转移性右下腹痛、呕吐、体温升高及粒细胞增多。目前手术是治疗阑尾炎的主要方法,而术后饮食护理对患者康复十分重要,需要做好患者的饮食护理。根据目前临床手术后阑尾炎患者的现状,术后阑尾炎患者应尽量吃易消化、有营养的食物,对体质较弱的老年患者,应适当进食半流质和流质食物,患者必须以清淡饮食为主,并注意饮食中的细节事项,以加速术后机体康复,减轻不良应激反应。本文对阑尾炎术后的饮食护理研究进展进行综述,以期为阑尾炎术后的饮食护理提供指导。In clinical practice,appendicitis is a very common disease,which is caused by many factors.The prognosis of appendicitis is closely related to whether the patient is treated in time and whether the patient is diagnosed and treated in the early stage of the disease.Patients can recover in a short time,and the mortality rate is very low,about 0.2%.If the treatment is delayed due to illness,it can lead to other complications,and even death in severe cases.The clinical manifestations of appendicitis are usually metastatic right lower abdominal pain,vomiting,elevated body temperature and granulocytopenia.At present,surgery is the main method to treat appendicitis,and postoperative dietary nursing is very important for patients'rehabilitation,so it is necessary to do a good job of dietary nursing for patients.According to the current situation of postoperative appendicitis patients in clinical practice,postoperative appendicitis patients should try to eat digestible and nutritious food,and elderly patients with weak constitution should eat semi-liquid and liquid food appropriately,and the patients must take a light diet and pay attention to the details of their diet,in order to accelerate postoperative recovery and alleviate adverse stress reactions.This article reviews the research progress on dietary nursing after appendicitis surgery,in order to provide guidance for dietary nursing after appendicitis operation.
