中成药治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的进展

摘　　要：急性上呼吸道感染的临床表现为头痛、咳嗽、流涕、鼻塞以及发热等。现代医学认为该疾病致病的因素主要有病毒、支原体和细菌等,其中病毒占疾病发病概率的70%以上。在对该疾病进行治疗过程中,临床运用西药对患儿治疗模式效果不佳,并没有特效的药物对患儿实施对症治疗。而且在患儿治疗的过程中,临床中有抗生素药物使用不合理状况,致使患儿体内病原菌产生较强的耐药性,导致治疗效果不佳。中医认为,该病可分为风寒感冒、风热感冒、暑邪感冒及时行感冒。由于小儿的脏腑比较娇嫩,长时间高热就会扰乱肝经,导致患儿出现高热性惊厥。中医学对该疾病治疗有较为独特的优势。本文对中成药治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的进展进行综述,以期为小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床治疗提供参考。The clinical manifestations of acute upper respiratory tract infection include headache,cough,runny nose,nasal congestion and fever,etc.Modern medicine thinks that the main pathogenic factors of this disease are virus,mycoplasma and bacteria,virus accounts for over 70%of the incidence probability of the disease.In the course of the treatment of this disease,the application of western medicine treatment mode is not good in clinical practice,and there is no specific drug to implement symptomatic treatment for children.In addition,during the treatment process of children,there are irrational use of antibiotics in clinical practice,which leads to the development of strong drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in children's bodies,resulting in poor treatment effect.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that this disease is divided into anemofrigid cold,anemopyretic cold,heat evil cold and epidemic cold.Due to the delicate viscera of children,high fever for a long time will disturb the liver meridian,resulting in hyperpyretic convulsions in children.Traditional Chinese medicine has a unique advantage in the treatment of sensory stomach diseases.This paper reviews the progress of Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of pediatric acute upper respiratory tract infection,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in clildren.
