新型抗精神病药物治疗精神分裂症进展

摘　　要：精神分裂症是临床精神科常见的一种严重精神性疾病,患者感知觉、个体意识、情绪以及行为等方面发生扭曲,该病多见于青年或壮年,对患者的日常生活及身体健康造成了严重的影响。部分精神分裂症患者具有一定威胁性,可能对身边人造成人身伤害,故而临床需积极治疗精神分裂症。临床治疗精神分裂症疾病多采取心理社会支持治疗以及药物治疗等,取得了一定的治疗效果,大约40%精神分裂症患者的预后较好。药物治疗精神分裂症为临床常用的方法,为该病患者的核心治疗方法。精神分裂症患者需长期服药控制患者病情,长期服药容易出现耐药性,且药物存在不良反应,故而选择疗效佳及不良反应少的抗精神病药物十分关键。临床治疗精神分裂症疾病的新型抗精神病药物主要包括依匹哌唑以及卡利拉嗪、布南色林以及鲁拉西酮、甲苯磺酸芦玛哌酮以及卢美哌隆等。本文综述了新型抗精神病药物治疗精神分裂症的进展,探讨治疗该病有效、安全的药物,从而稳定患者病情及提升患者的生活质量。Schizophrenia is a common serious mental disease in clinical psychiatry,patients with sensory perception,individual consciousness,emotions and behavior and other aspects of distortion,the disease is more common in young or prime,causing serious impact on the daily life and physical health of patients.Some patients with schizophrenia have a certain threat,may cause personal injury to people around them,so it is need to actively treat schizophrenia in clinical practice.In the clinical treatment of schizophrenia,psycho-social support therapy and drug therapy have achieved certain therapeutic effects,and about 40%of patients with schizophrenia have a good prognosis.Drug treatment of schizophrenia is a common clinical method and the core treatment method for patients with this disease.Patients with schizophrenia need to take long-term medication to control the patient's condition,long-term medication is prone to drug resistance,and there are adverse reactions of drugs,so it is crucial to choose antipsychotic drugs with good efficacy and few adverse reactions.New antipsychotic drugs for the clinical treatment of schizophrenia mainly include epiprazole,calilazine,Bunanserin,lurasidone,toluenesulfonic acid and lumepperone,etc.This paper reviews the progress of novel antipsychotic drugs in the treatment of schizophrenia,and discusses the effective and safe drugs for the treatment of the disease,so as to stabilize the patient's condition and improve the quality of life of patients.
