摘  要:为进一步优化电动节能车车身空气阻力和车架结构材料轻量化问题,介绍了车身与车架的总体设计思路以及设计方案,从车身方面的流体力学理论入手,建立车身流体分析模型,分析电动节能车车身的风阻系数;对比分析不同结构的节能车车架,对车架进行有限元分析,在满足车架结构性能的基础上,能够较好地达到轻量化的目的,最后通过分析验证了优化结构车架与车身的有效性,满足设计使用要求。To further optimize the aerodynamic drag of the vehicle body and the lightweight of the frame structure material for electric energy-saving vehicles,the overall design concepts and schemes for the vehicle body and frame are introduced.Starting with the fluid mechanics of the vehicle body,a fluid analysis model for the vehicle body is established to analyze the wind resistance coefficient of the electric energy-saving vehicles.By comparing and analyzing different structures of energy-saving vehicle frames,a finite element analysis is conducted on the frame.Based on satisfying the structural performance of the frame,the purpose effectively achieves lightweight.Finally,the effectiveness of the optimized structural frame and vehicle body structures is verified by analysis,meeting the design and operational requirements.
