摘  要:针对高精度面源黑体无法满足在更宽温范围(尤其是低温)下工作的问题,本文设计并实现了一套保温系统,成功解决了高精度进口面源黑体在超低温下工作的难题,为高精度红外武器系统,重要民用红外测量领域的性能指标测试及辐射定标提供保障。同时也为其他类高精度设备宽温化应用提供了思路。In response to the issue that high-precision surface-source blackbodies cannot operate over a wider temperature range(especially at low temperatures),this paper designs and implements a thermal insulation system,successfully addressing the challenge of high-precision imported surface-source blackbodies operating at ultra-low temperatures.This provides a guarantee for the performance index testing and radiation calibration of high-precision infrared weapon systems and important civil infrared measurement fields.It also offers a reference for the wide temperature range application of other types of high-precision equipment.
