摘　　要：本论文采用第一性原理计算结合分子动力学模拟,研究了含有铁杂质熔石英材料在激光辐照作用下电子性质的变化情况,计算并对比了辐照前后含铁杂质熔石英与纯熔石英电子态密度的变化情况。In this thesis,the changes in electronic properties of fused silica materials containing iron impurities under laser irradiation are investigated using first-principles calculations combined with molecular dynamics simulations,and the changes in the electronic density of states of fused silica containing iron impurities before and after irradiation are calculated and compared with those of pure fused silica.
