摘 要:结合灰色关联分析和粗糙集理论,建立了基于灰色粗糙集理论的边坡稳定性评价模型。首先通过对有限的边坡经验数据进行灰色关联分析,找出影响边坡稳定性的关键因素;然后根据找出的关键因素建立属性决策表,以粗糙集为理论基础,结合随机森林算法,用扩大的边坡数据集训练模型。所建立的模型综合运用了粗糙集理论在知识挖掘方面的能力和随机森林算法对高维数据的处理能力和分类能力。结果表明,该模型具有较强的泛化能力,能准确预测边坡的稳定性,有利于边坡工程的设计和决策。Combined with grey correlation analysis and rough set theory,a stability evaluation model of slope based on grey-rough theory is established.Firstly,the grey correlation analysis is applied to identify the key factors influencing slope stability.Subsequently,an attribute decision table is constructed based on these factors,and a model is developed accordingly.This model is trained on an expanded slope data set based on rough set theory and the random forest algorithm,effectively integrating the knowledge discovery capabilities of rough set theory with the data classification strengths of the random forest algorithm for high-dimensional data.The result shows that the model has strong generalisation ability and can accurately predict slope stability,which is conducive to decision-making of slope engineering.
