摘　　要：农产品加工业是国民经济的重要产业之一,发展农产品加工业有助于提高农产品附加值、促进农业可持续发展。本文通过对农产品加工产业领域的政策、项目、研究文献梳理、分析得出,国家政策出台和基金项目支持有效的推进了我国农产品加工产业发展,针对当前我国农产品加工产业研究中存在的问题,提出我国科研机构应当加强农产品加工产业的科技创新投入,加强队伍建设,促进产业数字化、智能化、绿色化可持续发展。The agricultural product processing industry is one of the important industries in the national economy.Developing the agricultural product processing industry helps to increase the added value of agricultural products and promote sustainable agricultural development.Through the review and analysis of policies,projects,and research literature in the field of agricultural product processing,we concludes that national policies and fund project support have effectively advanced the development of China’s agricultural product processing industry.In response to the existing problems in the current research on China’s agricultural product processing industry,it is proposed that Chinese research institutions should increase scientific and technological innovation investment in the agricultural product processing industry,strengthen team building,and promote the sustainable development of the industry in terms of digitalization,intelligence,and greening.
