摘　　要：2月上旬,美国总统特朗普宣布自3月12日起对所有进口钢铁和铝征收25%的关税。受美国进口商抢运钢铝以及煤炭、粮食等需求的带动,中小型散货船运价率先反弹。2月中下旬,随着西澳天气转好,铁矿石发运量恢复性增长推动好望角型船运价大幅回升。2月28日,BDI回升至1229点。2月BDI均值892点,环比下跌4%,同比下降45.9%。In early February,President Trump of the U.S.announced a 25% tariff on all imported steel and aluminum starting from 12 March.Driven by the shipping rush of steel,aluminum,coal and grains by American importers,freight rates of small and medium-sized bulk carriers took the lead in rebounding.
