摘　　要：大部分班轮公司表示,等加沙地区全面永久性停火,才有可能回归红海航线。船舶管理公司英海船务(Inchcape Shipping Services)称,I集装箱班轮公司需要等以色列和哈马斯实施全面永久性停火,才有足够的信心恢复红海和苏伊士运河的航线服务。英海船务副总裁Chris Greenwood近期表示,该地区目前局势尚不稳定,因此船只改道绕行非洲南部的情况不会很快结束。他认为目前无法预测停火局势何时实现稳定,让集装箱班轮公司重拾穿越红海的信心。Ocean carriers will require“a full and permanent”ceasefire between Israel and Hamas before they are confident enough to shift services back to the Red Sea and Suez Canal,according to marine management company Inchcape Shipping Services.Despite recent pledges by the Hamas-supporting Houthi militants that attacks will now be limited to ships affiliated with Israel,carriers are not convinced.Several ocean carrier executives have made it clear that they will only send ships through the Red Sea,when it is safe to do so.
