思想政治工作与中国革命:兼论德治对中国式现代化的作用

摘　　要：当前,部分关于治理的研究忽视了思想政治工作在国家治理中的重要性和实际作用。开展思想政治工作是实现社会治理的有效方式,其研究价值应得到研究者的充分重视。从中国革命的历史成就和其对社会进步和经济发展的作用来看,可以将其视为一种成功的治理。思想政治工作在中国革命中起到了重要的作用:凝聚革命目标,使革命队伍明确方向;减少组织内耗,促进革命组织的内部团结;营造组织氛围,增强革命队伍的归属感;推动社会动员,为革命提供广泛群众基础。思想政治工作在德治中发挥着基础性作用。从中国革命的经验以及中国共产党的“生命线”理论来看,德治也将在中国式现代化的进程中发挥类似的作用。Currently,some studies on governance overlook the importance and practical significance of ideological and political work in national governance.Conducting ideological and political work is an effective means of achieving social governance,and its research value should be given full attention by researchers.Considering the historical achievements of China's revolution and its impact on social progress and economic development,ideological and political work can be seen as a successful form of governance.Ideological and political work played a crucial role in China's revolution by:unifying revolutionary goals and providing clear direction for revolutionary forces;reducing internal friction and promoting unity within revolutionary organizations;fostering an organizational atmosphere and enhancing the sense of belonging among revolutionary forces;and driving social mobilization to provide a broad mass base for the revolution.Ideological and political work plays a fundamental role in rule of virtue.Based on the experience of China's revolution and the CPC's"lifeline"theory,rule by virtue will also play a similar role in the process of China's modernization.
