摘　　要：设计了一款高频高压放电系统,以探究其放电电场和热场特性,满足光纤熔接条件及特定应用需求。该系统的核心控制单元采用全可编程片上系统(Zynq‑7000 All Programmable SoC,ZYNQ)系列开发板,通过Verilog语言和Vivado软件产生高频正弦脉宽调制(Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation,SPWM)信号实现程序控制驱动,系统由电源、驱动、逆变、滤波、升压、反馈等模块构成。系统能够产生正弦交流高压,通过倍压整流产生直流高压,从而激发电弧,实际激发电弧热场温度可达到1000℃以上,可对光纤进行熔接。统计各类参数数据,发现电场强度和弧区温度与控制电压、电场频率等多个实验参数呈现线性或二次关系,可通过调节控制电压和电场频率,实现对放电电压以及电场温度的控制,以满足对不同种类光纤的熔接。A high frequency and high voltage discharge system was proposed to explore its electric and thermal field characteristics,so as to meet the requirements of optical fiber welding and specific applications.The core control unit of the system adopted the ZYNQ-7000 All Programmable SoC(ZYNQ)series development board.Through Verilog language and Vivado software,high-frequency Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation(SPWM)signals were generated to achieve program control and drive.The system was composed of power supply,drive,inverter,filter,boost voltage,feedback and other modules,and could generate sinusoidal AC high voltage and DC high voltage through voltage doubling rectification,so as to stimulate the arc.The actual temperature of the excited arc thermal field could reach more than 1000℃,and the optical fiber could be fused.The collection and statistical analysis of various parameter data were conducted,and it was discovered that the electric field strength and arc zone temperature were exhibited to have linear or quadratic relationships with multiple experimental parameters,including control voltage and electric field frequency,electric field frequency and other experimental parameters presented a linear or quadratic relationship,the control voltage and electric field temperature could be achieved by adjusting the control voltage and electric field frequency to meet the welding of different kinds of optical fibers.
