摘 要:在存量用地占比较高,增量空间十分有限的情况下,如何通过存量更新完善城市绿地功能,带动区域整体升级提升,是全球城市中心区存量更新需要共同回答的核心议题,尤其在城市商业核心区域,城市矛盾激化日益严重,具有一定典型性。本文基于江苏省南通市城市副中心五龙汇综合公园改造实践全过程参与的工作经验,梳理提炼存量更新背景下中心绿地改造实践的核心问题及应对措施,并提出市政交通组织、地下空间联动、周边地块耦合、景观品质提升等方面的思考。In the situation where the proportion of existing land is relatively high and the incremental space is extremely limited,how to improve the functions of urban green spaces through stock renewal and drive the overall upgrading and improvement of the region is the core issue that needs to be jointly answered in the stock renewal of global urban centers.Especially in the commercial core areas of cities,urban contradictions are becoming increasingly severe,which is of certain typicality.Based on the work experience of participating in the entire process of the renovation practice of Wulonghui Comprehensive Park,a sub center in Nantong City,Jiangsu Province,this article summarizes and extracts the core issues and countermeasures in the renovation practice of the central green spaces under the background of stock renewal,and proposes thoughts on aspects such as municipal traffic organization,underground space linkage,coupling of surrounding land plots,and improvement of landscape quality.
