低效用地再开发背景下超大特大城市城中村改造问题研究

摘　　要：随着我国经济的蓬勃发展,城镇化率越来越高,城市规模不断向外围郊区扩张。然而,随着城市用地的不断扩张,越来越多原本属于村庄的地区被城市所包围,形成了一个个的城中村。城中村带来的诸多挑战与困境,越来越成为制约城市发展的关键因素。为解决这些城市问题,本文将对城中村改造面临的挑战与机遇进行深入分析,并提出一系列切实可行的策略、建议,以期为推进城中村改造提供有益的参考和借鉴。With the vigorous development of China's economy,the urbanization rate is getting higher and higher,and the city scale continues to expand to the outer suburbs.However,with the continuous expansion of urban land in this process,more and more areas that originally belonged to the villages have been surrounded by cities,giving rise to a series of urban villages.As a new problem emerging from urban development,urban village have gradually showed numerous challenges and difficulties brought by it.In order to solve these urban issues,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the challenges and opportunities faced in the renovation of urban villages,and puts forward a series of feasible strategies and suggestions,in order to provide useful reference and insights for promoting the urban village transformation.
