老旧小区电梯加装施工企业评价研究——以广东省深圳市为例

摘　　要：随着城镇化进程加快,深圳市老旧小区电梯加装需求增长,但施工企业资质参差不齐,选择合适的施工企业至关重要。本文以深圳市老旧小区电梯加装项目为例,采用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)对施工企业进行综合评价,利用FAHP方法计算各指标的权重研究。基于评价结果,提出了优化施工企业选择的建议,以促进老旧小区电梯加装项目的高质量实施,以期为政府、物业公司及居民在选择施工企业时提供科学依据及参考价值。With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the demand for elevator installations in old residential areas in Shenzhen City has been growing rapidly.However,the qualifications of construction companies vary significantly,so it is crucial to select a suitable contractor for ensuring project quality and efficiency.This study takes elevator installation projects in old residential areas in Shenzhen as a case study and employs the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of construction companies.The FAHP method is used to calculate the weights of various indicators.Based on the evaluation results,recommendations are proposed to optimize the selection of construction companies,thereby promoting the high-quality implementation of elevator installation projects in old residential areas.This study could provide a scientific basis and reference for government authorities,property management companies,and residents in selecting construction companies.
