城镇老旧小区改造策略研究——以江苏省苏州市三香花园为例

摘　　要：在城镇化持续推进与经济高速发展背景下,老旧小区存在的问题不断凸显,其更新改造势在必行。本文以江苏省苏州市三香花园为例,阐述老旧小区改造的研究背景、目的及意义,分析其现状与问题,并依据改造要素从房屋、环境景观等五方面,提出先基础后提升、因地制宜、延续文脉三大改造策略,旨在提升老旧小区居住环境,为其他同类项目提供实践参考与理论支撑。Under the background of the continuous promotion of urbanization and rapid economic development,the problems existing in the old residential areas are increasingly prominent,and their renewal and transformation are imperative.Taking Sanxiang Garden in Suzhou City,Jiangsu Province for example,this paper expounds the research background,objectives and significance of the transformation of old communities,analyzes the present situation and problems.Based on the transformation elements from five aspects such as housing,environment and landscape,it puts forward three transformation strategies,namely,starting with the foundation strengthening,then adjusting measures to local conditions,and finally continuing the cultural context,aiming to improve the living environment of old communities,and provide practical reference and theoretical support for other similar projects.
