摘　　要：本研究聚焦于城市更新背景下绿色空间的再生及其对可持续生产力提升的影响。研究指出,绿色空间在改善城市环境、促进健康和社会凝聚力方面发挥着关键作用,并通过生态服务、社会效益和经济贡献多重功能,直接和间接推动生产力。通过分析案例,研究提出了技术驱动的设计与规划、多功能绿色空间的创建、社区参与和政策支持等策略。同时也探讨了人工智能和智能技术在绿色空间管理中的应用潜力,以及如何将策略建议转化为政策建议。研究强调,城市政策的调整、新兴技术的应用和可持续发展的长期平衡对于实现绿色空间再生至关重要。This study focuses on the regeneration of green spaces within the context of urban renewal and its impact on the enhancement of sustainable productivity.The research highlights that green spaces play a crucial role in improving the urban environment,promoting health,and fostering social cohesion,and directly and indirectly drive productivity through their ecological services,social benefits,and economic contributions.By analyzing case studies,the study proposes strategies such as technology-driven design and planning,the creation of multifunctional green spaces,community participation,and policy support.It also explores the potential applications of artificial intelligence and smart technologies in the management of green spaces,as well as how to transform strategic recommendations into policy suggestions.The study emphasizes that the adjustment of urban policies,the application of emerging technologies,and the long-term balance of sustainable development are essential for achieving the regeneration of green spaces.
