摘 要:城市管廊建设作为现代化基础设施的核心内容,在提升城市韧性与空间效率的同时,与老旧住宅小区的保护需求形成深刻矛盾。施工活动不仅直接威胁建筑安全,还通过噪声污染、管线迁改事故及产权纠纷等间接路径,引发社会治理层面的连锁反应。此类风险的传导具有多物理场耦合特征,需通过地下连续墙支护、智能监测技术等工程优化手段,结合社区参与式治理与政策工具创新,构建跨学科协同防控体系。As the core content of modern infrastructure,the construction of urban utility tunnels can enhance urban resilience and spatial efficiency.However,it also creates a profound contradiction with the protection needs of old residential communities.Construction activities not only directly threaten the construction safety of buildings,but also trigger a chain reaction of at the social governance level through indirect paths such as noise pollution,pipeline relocation accidents and property rights disputes.The transmission of such risks has the characteristics of multi-physical field coupling.It is necessary to build an interdisciplinary collaborative prevention and control system by adopting engineering optimization measures such as diaphragm wall supports and intelligent monitoring technologies,in combination with community participatory governance and policy tool innovation.
