少数民族地区历史文化名村保护规划研究——以湖南省江华瑶族自治县五庵岭村为例

摘　　要：历史文化名村是湖南省少数民族地区历史文化的重要载体,对其进行保护关系到少数民族乡村文脉的延续,文化基因的传承。本文以湖南省瑶族聚集地江华瑶族自治县五庵岭村为案例,分析村庄现状特征和问题,围绕新时期国土空间体系下村庄规划管控要求和少数民族历史文化名村特殊保护机制,构建保护区划管控、传统格局保护、用地布局优化、传统建筑整治、非物质文化遗产传承5个层面的保护规划策略体系,以期为其他少数民族地区历史文化名城保护规划提供借鉴与参考。Famous historical and cultural village is an important carrier of the history and culture of minority areas in Hunan Province.Its protection is related to the continuation of minority rural culture and the inheritance of cultural genes.In this paper,based on the case of Wu AnLing Village,Yao County,in the village planning control requirements in the new period and the minority historical and cultural village special protection mechanism,constructing the protection area control,the traditional pattern protection,land layout optimization and the protection of intangible cultural heritage planning system,so as to provide reference and reference for the historical and cultural village protection planning in other ethnic minority areas.
