新质生产力赋能下中小城市新型城镇化发展路径探索

摘　　要：中小城市是我国新型城镇化的重要阵地,但受城市规模和地理区位限制,多数中小城市缺少吸引外部投资的核心优势。新质生产力强调创新和技术进步,通过发展新兴产业、改造传统产业,推动中小城市产业升级转型。为此,本文深入探究新质生产力对中小城市新型城镇化的影响和作用,认为新质生产力与新型城镇化互为前提、相互促进,从“人、产、城、策”四个维度,提出中小城市在新质生产力赋能下如何实现新型城镇化的高质量发展,以期对中小城市突破传统产业瓶颈,缩小发展差距提供借鉴。Small and medium-sized cities are important carriers for new-type urbanization in China.However,limited by city scale and geographical location,most small and medium-sized cities lack the core advantages to attract external investment.New quality productivity emphasizes innovation and technological progress,and promote industrial upgrading and transformation in small and medium-sized cities through developing emerging industries and t transforming traditional industries.Therefore,this paper explores the influence and role of new-quality productivity on the urbanization of small and medium-sized cities,thinks that new quality productivity and new-type urbanization are prerequisites and mutually reinforcing for each other.From the four dimensions of"people,industr,city,policy",it puts forward suggestions on how small and medium-sized cities can achieve high-quality development of newtype urbanization with the empowerment of the new quality productivity,in order to provide references for small and medium-sized cities to break through the bottlenecks of traditional industries and narrow the development gap.
