摘　　要：本文基于空间句法的城市用地空间布局规划方法,利用GIS系统采集历史城市用地的空间数据和属性数据,结合GIS和AutoCAD技术对数据进行整合存储,构建城市用地空间历史数据库。根据空间句法模型的特点及应用场景对比,选择空间句法中的轴线模型作为主要的空间分析方法,对城市用地空间的结构特征和空间关系进行分析。基于GIS数据和空间句法轴线模型,采用平均深度值、整合度和可理解度三个量化指标,对城市用地空间进行评估,根据评估结果,实现城市用地空间布局规划。Based on the spatial layout planning method of urban land use of spatial syntax,this paper uses GIS system to collect spatial data and attribute data of historical urban land use,integrates and stores the data with GIS and AutoCAD technology to build a spatial historical database of urban land use.According to the characteristics of spatial syntax model and the comparison of application scenarios,the axis model in spatial syntax is selected as the main spatial analysis method to analyze the structural characteristics and spatial relationship of urban land use space.Based on GIS data and spatial syntax axis model,the urban land use space is evaluated by using three quantitative indicators,namely average depth value,integration degree and intelligibility,and the spatial layout planning of urban land use is realized according to the evaluation results.
