文创园背景下工业遗存外部空间形态更新策略研究——以安徽省合肥市合柴1972文创园为例

摘　　要：随着城镇化进程放缓,城市中遗留的老旧工业区成为更新改造的重点。如何让老旧工业区外部公共空间契合新的建筑使用功能、焕发新的活力成为更新改造工作的重点内容。本文基于建筑构成学理论,以外部空间活化利用为目标,选取安徽省合肥市具有典型代表性的工业遗存合柴1972文创园作为研究对象,对其外部空间构成进行分析,优化其外部空间更新策略,以期为其他工业遗存建筑改造提供借鉴思考。With the slowdown of urbanization,the old industrial zones left in cities have emerged as focal points for renewal and transformation.How to make the external public spaces of these old industrial areas fit the new architectural functions while infusing them with renewed vitality has become a critical aspect of the renewal and renovation efforts.Grounded in the theory of architectural composition,this paper takes the activation and utilization of external space as the goal,selects the Hechai 1972 Cultural and Creative Park,a representative industrial relic in Hefei City,Anhui Province as the research object,analyzes its external spatial composition,and optimizes its external space renewal strategies,providing valuable insights for the revitalization of other industrial heritage buildings.
