摘　　要：本文在绿色建筑认证体系下,对住宅建筑的低碳设计与实践展开研究。分析其低碳设计的整体规划,涵盖全方位能源管理、多维度资源优化配置及全生命周期建筑设计。同时,提出如设计方案落地、构建建筑监测与反馈体系、优化建筑运营维护管理等实践策略,旨在提高住宅低碳设计水平,实现建筑节能减排,促进可持续发展。Under the Green Building certification system,this paper studies the low-carbon design and practice of residential buildings,analyzes the overall planning of its low-carbon design,covering all-round energy management,multi-dimensional resource allocation optimization,and life-cycle building design.Furthermore,practical strategies are proposed,such as implementing design plans,establishing building monitoring and feedback system,and optimizing building operation and maintenance management,aiming to enhance the low-carbon design level of residential buildings,achieve building energy conservation and emission reduction,and promote sustainable development.
