摘 要:排水管道一旦发生渗漏,污水中的有害物质可能会侵蚀建筑结构,导致钢筋锈蚀,从而降低混凝土结构的承载能力。长期的渗漏还可能使建筑物的基础受到浸泡,导致地基沉降不均匀,影响建筑物的整体稳定性。为保障建筑结构的安全,本文围绕建筑排水管道防渗漏施工技术进行研究。通过排水管底座混凝土浇筑密封、排水管道防渗连接,以及通过安装阻水圈对建筑排水管道穿越楼板处防渗处理,实现建筑排水管道防渗漏施工。通过实际工程应用,防渗漏施工后排水管道闭水测试,管道漏水量在允许范围内,符合相关规范要求,排水管道防渗漏效果良好。Once there is a leakage in the drainage pipeline,harmful substances in the sewage may corrode the building structure,causing steel reinforcement to rust,thereby reducing the bearing capacity of the concrete structure.Long term leakage may also cause the foundation of the building to be soaked,resulting in uneven settlement of the foundation and affecting the overall stability of the building.To ensure the safety of building structures,this paper proposes the research on anti-leakage construction technology for building drainage pipelines.By pouring concrete into the base of the drainage pipe for sealing,connecting the drainage pipe for anti-seepage,and installing a water blocking ring to prevent leakage at the location where the building drainage pipe passes through the floor slab,the anti-seepage construction of the building drainage pipeline could be achieved.Through practical engineering applications,the closed water test of the drainage pipeline after anti-seepage construction showed that the leakage rate of the pipeline was within the allowable range,in compliance with relevant specifications,and the anti-seepage effect of the drainage pipeline was good.
