含盖面超高和装配间隙的焊接结构疲劳寿命研究

摘  要:焊接结构的疲劳寿命会受到焊接缺陷的影响,由于缺陷类型的多样性以及缺陷模型的复杂性,目前使用结构应力法对含盖面超高和装配间隙的焊接结构的疲劳寿命评估研究较少。基于主S—N曲线法,以焊接结构为研究对象,建立含有ISO5817标准中盖面超高和装配间隙焊接缺陷的有限元模型,研究焊缝的疲劳寿命受以上两种缺陷的影响情况。寿命评估结果表明:在焊接结构中,应尽量避免盖面超高缺陷的出现;焊缝的疲劳寿命受到装配间隙缺陷的影响较小。The fatigue life of welded structures is affected by welding defects.Due to the diversity of defect types and the complexity of defect models,there is currently limited research on the fatigue life evaluation of super high cover and assembly gaps using structural stress method.This article is based on the main S-N curve method,taking welded structures as the research object,and establishes a finite element model containing welding defects in the ISO 5817 standard for cover height and assembly gap.The study investigates the influence of the above two defects on the fatigue life of welds.Life assessment indicates that in welding processes,the occurrence of ultra-high defects on the cover surface should be avoided as much as possible;The fatigue life of welds is less affected by assembly gap defects.
