摘  要:为了提高扇形喷嘴的清洗能力,提出将前混合磨料水射流技术与扇形喷嘴相结合。采用SolidWorks软件建立扇形喷嘴与外流场结构模型,并利用ANSYS Fluent软件对前混合磨料扇形射流外流场进行数值模拟。通过改变扇形喷嘴的结构参数(V形切槽角角度、偏移量)和磨料的体积分数,以扇形射流对被清洗件表面的打击压力作为评价指标,对磨料射流的清洗能力进行分析。分析结果表明:与普通的扇形水射流相比,纯水中加入磨料再通过扇形喷嘴喷孔收缩形成的扇形磨料水射流喷雾具有更大的冲击力和更宽的清洗面积;清洗靶距为50mm时,切槽角角度为50°、偏移量为0mm的扇形喷嘴在磨料体积分数为30%时清洗效果最佳,切槽角角度为80°、偏移量为0.09mm的扇形喷嘴在磨料体积分数为26%时清洗效果最佳。In order to improve the cleaning ability of the sector nozzle,a combination of pre-mixed abrasive water jet technology and sector nozzle is proposed.SolidWorks software was used to establish the structure model of fan nozzle and outflow field,and ANSYS Fluent software was used to simulate the fan jet outflow field of pre-mixed abrasive.By changing the structure parameters(V-shaped grooving Angle,offset)and abrasive concentration of the sector nozzle,the impact pressure of the sector jet on the surface of the cleaned part is taken as the evaluation index,and the cleaning ability of the abrasive jet is analyzed.The results show that compared with the ordinary fan-shaped water jet,the fan-shaped water jet spray formed by adding abrasives to pure water and shrinking through the fan-shaped nozzle hole has greater impact force and wider cleaning area.When the cleaning target distance is 50 mm,the fan nozzle with a cutting Angle of 50°and an offset of 0 mm has the best cleaning effect when the abrasive concentration is 30%,and the fan nozzle with a cutting Angle of 80°and an offset of 0.09 mm has the best cleaning effect when the abrasive concentration is 26%.
