摘  要:某型起动机试验时在起动过程中出现了异常振动故障而导致试验中断,甚至出现涡轮碰擦冒出火花的情况,为了能够及时地发现起动过程中的异常振动情况,在试验中增加了振动信号监测,通过对异常及正常振动试验数据从静止状态逐步加速的时域响应进行分析,获得在多个响应局部峰值位置的振动信息,将峰值对应的涡轮转速以及有效值大小作为试验过程中的在线监测标准,做到在试验中识别出异常振动,从而真实且准确地判断起动机试验状态。A certain type of starter is prone to abnormal vibration failure during the starting process,which leads to test interruption.In order to detect the abnormal vibration in the starting process in time,vibration signal monitoring was added in the test.Through analyzing the time-domain response of the abnormal and normal vibration test data accelerated gradually from the static state,vibration information at multiple local peak response location was obtained,and the turbine speed and effective value corresponding to the peak value were taken as the data,the online monitoring standard in the test process can identify the abnormal vibration in the test,so as to truly and accurately judge,the test state of the starter.
