摘 要:对某55kW离心压缩机模型进行数值模拟,研究非均匀叶片后弯角对离心压缩机性能的影响。研究结果表明:离心压缩机整级效率主要受到叶片叶根后弯角的影响,随着叶根后弯角的增大而增大;叶片后弯角对离心叶轮性能的影响很小,主要影响的是下游无叶扩压器内的流动情况;扩压器进、出口速度的大小和方向主要受到叶片叶根后弯角的影响,内部流动状况会随着叶根后弯角的增大得到改善。The numerical simulation of a 55 kW centrifugal compressor model was carried out to study the effect of non-uniform blade bending angle on the performance of the centrifugal compressor.The results show that the stage efficiency of centrifugal compressor is mainly affected by the rear bending angle of blade root and increases with the increase of the rear bending angle of blade root.The rear bending angle of the blade has little effect on the performance of the centrifugal impeller,but mainly affects the flow in the downstream bladeless diffuser.The magnitude and direction of diffuser inlet and outlet velocity are mainly affected by the rear bending angle of blade root,and the internal flow condition will be improved with the increase of the rear bending angle of blade root.
