钛合金铣孔加工切削力建模和粗糙度试验研究

摘  要:针对钛合金铣孔加工分别展开正交试验和三因素试验,研究得到切削力建模公式和切削参数对切削力、粗糙度的影响。研究结果表明:切削力公式中各参数对切削力影响程度由大至小为铣削宽度、每齿进给量、铣削速度;零件被加工表面粗糙度随速度的增大先增大后减小,随每齿进给量和铣削宽度的增大而增大。Orthogonal experiments and three-factor experiments were respectively carried out on the milling hole processing of titanium alloy to obtain the modeling formula of cutting force and the influence of cutting parameters on cutting force and roughness.The research results show that the influence degree of each parameter in the cutting force formula on the cutting force from large to small is the milling width,the feed per tooth,and the milling speed.The roughness of the machined surface of the part increases first and then decreases with the increase of speed,and increases with the increase of the feed per tooth and the milling width.
