摘 要:对薄壁矩形管的辊弯成型过程进行了仿真分析,结果显示弯角尺寸和壁厚对弯角部位的填充效果有着较大影响。通过分析轧制速度、轧辊间距、壁厚、摩擦因数对矩形管成型应力分布的影响,发现在矩形管的弯角与两边的过渡区域存在明显的应力集中现象,且轧制速度和壁厚与应力集中呈正相关,轧辊间距和摩擦因数对应力集中影响较小。The roll bending forming process of thin-walled rectangular tubes was simulated and analyzed.The results indicated that the bending angle size and wall thickness had a considerable influence on the filling effect at the bending corner.Through the analysis of the effects of rolling speed,roll spacing,wall thickness,and friction coefficient on the stress distribution of the rectangular tube forming,it was discovered that there was an obvious stress concentration phenomenon in the transition area between the bending corner and the two sides of the rectangular tube.Moreover,the rolling speed and wall thickness were positively correlated with the stress concentration,while the roll spacing and friction coefficient had a relatively small impact on the stress concentration.
