摘 要:利用ANSYS对具有提手和隔衬结构的猕猴桃包装件进行建模和跌落仿真,比较不同材质的包装件在跌落冲击过程中的应力和应变情况。结果发现,相同厚度的条件下,EPE有更好的保护性能,内装物所受最大冲击加速度为20.66m/s^(2)。为减少果品包装对发泡缓冲材料的依赖,将E型瓦楞纸板和B型单楞双面瓦楞纸板分别作为盒体和隔板材料,并对包装盒的成型方式及结构进行优化。试验表明,跌落高度为1m的条件下,从3个方向进行3次跌落,内装果品均无破损。盒体结构和构件组合方式的优化实现了瓦楞纸板对发泡材料的替代,有效降低了果品在运输中的损伤程度。Modeling and drop simulation of kiwi fruit packaging with handle and spacer structure were carried out using ANSYS,and the stress and strain of packaging with different materials in the process of drop impact were compared.It was found that EPS had better protection performance under the condition of the same thickness,and the maximum impact acceleration of the contents was 20.66 m/s^(2).In order to improve the dependence of fruit packaging on foam buffer materials,E-type corrugated cardboard and B-type single-and double-sided corrugated cardboard are used as the material of the box body and the separator,respectively.And the forming method and structure of the packaging box were optimized.When the height was 1 m,the product inside was not damaged after being dropped for three times.By optimizing the box structure and molding method,the replacement of foam materials was realized,and the damage degree of fruit during transportation was effectively reduced.
