摘 要:为了实现智能制造在热处理线的布局设计和制造工艺的合理性,以西门子PDPS软件为基础,针对铸铁零件热处理产线优化进行了深入探索与研究。通过搭建虚拟工作站,对热处理产品工艺规划及装出料机路径规划进行仿真验证。结果显示:虚拟仿真显著降低了试错成本,并通过全面评估各种方案,优化了生产流程。研究表明:数字化制造技术在识别生产问题和缩短工艺开发周期方面具有显著优势,为企业的生产决策提供了理论支持。In order to realize the layout design of intelligent manufacturing in heat treatment line and the rationality of manufacturing process,this paper,based on Siemens PDPS software,carried out in-depth exploration and research on the optimization of heat treatment production line.By setting up virtual workstation,the process planning of heat treatment products and the path planning of charging and discharging machine were simulated and verified.The results show that the virtual simulation significantly reduces the cost of trial and error and optimizes the production process through a comprehensive evaluation of various scenarios.The research shows that digital manufacturing technology has significant advantages in identifying production problems and shortening process development cycle,which provides theoretical support for production decision-making of enterprises.
