摘 要:介绍了最大直径2020mm、最大轴向力3500t的螺旋钢管水压试验机充水端设备组成及工作原理。针对充水端固定机架的实际使用工况,利用ANSYS分析了充水端固定机架在3500t轴向力下不同筋板分布形式对强度和刚度的影响。在强度满足要求的基础上,利用模态分析求得固定机架前6阶固有频率并与机架工作频率进行了对比,结果表明,充水端固定机架结构设计合理,通过对称增加辐射筋的形式能够使固定机架应力分布更加均匀,实际生产过程中不会产生共振现象。This paper introduces the maximum diameter of 2020 mm,the maximum axial force of 3500 t spiral steel pipe hydrostatic testing machine filing end of the equipment composition and working principle.Based on the actual operating conditions of the fixed frame at the water filling end,the influence of different rib plate distribution forms on the strength and stiffness of the fixed frame at the water filling end under the axial force of 3500 t was analyzed using ANSYS.On the basis of meeting the strength requirements,modal analysis is used to obtain the first 6 natural frequencies of the fixed frame and compare them with the working frequency of the frame.The results show that the structure design of the fixed frame at the water filling end is reasonable.By symmetrically adding radiation ribs,the stress distribution of the fixed frame can be more uniform,and resonance phenomenon will not occur in the actual production process.
