摘  要:光伏组件的太阳能光伏电池层压板与钢边框在进行粘连时可采用胶条或胶粘剂,采用不同粘接方式时连接处所受应力和变形存在差异。使用有限元分析软件ANSYS对光伏组件施加IEC61215标准规定的5400 Pa静态载荷进行仿真分析,分析结果表明:采用不同的粘连材料在钢边框与太阳能光伏层压板连接处的应力及位移有明显区别;采用模态分析的方法对光伏组件的各阶固有频率进行了分析,并采用谐响应分析模拟在外界激振力作用下光伏组件的振幅情况。When laminating solar photovoltaic cells of photovoltaic modules with steel frames,adhesive strips or adhesives can be used.The stress and deformation at the connection point vary when different bonding methods are adopted.The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to simulate the static load of 5400 Pa as stipulated in the IEC 61215 standard on photovoltaic modules.The analysis results show that the stress and displacement at the connection point between the steel frame and the solar photovoltaic laminate are significantly different when different bonding materials are used.The modal analysis method was used to analyze the natural frequencies of each order of the photovoltaic module,and the harmonic response analysis was used to simulate the amplitude of the photovoltaic module under the action of external excitation force.
