摘  要:花色线是冰激凌生产的关键设备,目前对花色线线体结构、运行精度、自动化控制及能耗整体优化研究较少。为此,将三维设计理念及有限元受力分析工具相结合,提出基于有限元的冷饮冰激凌产线模型建立及分析。该方法可较好地将三维模型与受力分析工具相结合,对花色线线体受力进行分析,分析结果可为设计人员提供优化依据。采用伊利集团冷饮工厂花色线对该方法进行实际验证,并与原有花色线运行数据进行了对比,结果显示此方法具有实际的应用价值,效果较好。Color lines are key equipment in ice cream production.Currently,there is relatively little research on the structure,operational accuracy,automation control,and overall energy consumption optimization of color lines.To this end,a threedimensional design concept and finite element force analysis tool are combined to propose the establishment and analysis of a finite element based cold drink ice cream production line model.This method can effectively combine 3D models with force analysis tools to analyze the force on the colored wire body,providing designers with optimization basis.The method was validated using the color line of Yili Group's cold beverage factory,and compared with the operating data of the original color line.The results showed that this method has practical application value and good results.
