摘  要:为了提高芋头的采收效率,在研究了机械传动原理和模块协同运作的基础上,设计了芋头采收机。该芋头采收机由切割茎杆装置、挖掘装置、芋土分离装置和运输装置四部分组成。工作时通过高速旋转的刀锯将芋头的茎杆切断并粉碎,挖掘铲深入土壤挖掘,挖出的芋头通过挡板传送带送入芋土分离装置,振动电机带动中心振动筛进行往复式振动,完成芋头和土块分离,然后芋头被中心振动筛传送入后方的储存箱中。利用该机可一次性完成对芋头的去除茎杆、挖掘、去土、集果等收获作业,提高了工作效率。In order to improve the harvesting efficiency of taro,a taro harvester was designed on the basis of studying the mechanical transmission principle and the coordinated operation of modules.The taro harvester is composed of four parts:a stem cutting device,an excavation device,a taro soil separation device and a transportation device.When working,the stem of the taro is cut off and crushed by the knife saw that rotates at high speed,the digging shovel digs deep into the soil,and the dug taro is sent to the taro soil separation device through the baffle conveyor belt,and the vibrating motor carries out reciprocating vibration to the central vibrating screen to complete the separation of taro and soil clods,and is transmitted to the rear storage box by the central vibrating screen after completion.Complete the harvesting operations such as removing stems,digging,removing soil,and collecting fruits of taro at one time to improve work efficiency.
