摘 要:现有挖藕机大多为喷流式,对莲藕的采挖与收集不仅不能同步完成,而且还无法避免水下人工作业,导致耗时费力、安全系数不高、效率低下等问题,为此设计了一款集挖藕、收藕、洗藕、运藕、卸藕等多功能于一体的全自动莲藕收挖一体机。本机器采用二自由度高压喷射装置来提升挖藕效率及降低安全风险,使用漩涡流式的收藕装置以提升收藕效率及节约人力成本,基于5G技术的主控装置配合辅助装置完成整体机构的精确运行。最后,采用有限元法对机器运行时关键部件的受力情况进行了分析,从而为莲藕收挖一体机的设计与制作提供了理论依据。Most of the existing lotus root digging machines are jet type,which not only cannot complete the picking and collection of lotus roots synchronously,but also cannot avoid manual underwater operations,that results in time-consuming,laborious processes,low safety factor,and low efficiency,etc.Therefore,a fully automatic lotus root harvesting and digging machine is designed in the study,that integrates multiple functions such as digging,harvesting,washing,transporting,and unloading lotus roots.A two degree of freedom high-pressure injection device is adopted to improve the efficiency of lotus root digging and reduce safety risks.A vortex flow lotus root harvesting device is used to improve the efficiency of lotus root harvesting and save labor costs.The main control device based on 5G technology is combined with auxiliary devices to achieve precise operation of the entire mechanism.Finally,the FEM is used to analyze the stress situation of key components of the machine during operation,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and production of the lotus root harvesting and digging integrated machine.
