摘  要:通过室温弯曲试验,对C_(f)/ZrB_(2)-SiC碳纤维增强复合材料的力学性能进行测试及分析。首先使用建模软件Creo建立试验夹具和试样的三维模型,利用有限元分析软件Hypermesh对试样进行受力合理性验证。随后进行室温四点弯曲试验,并最终结合试样断面形貌观测分析了其弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量等力学性能指标。The mechanical properties of C_(f)/ZrB_(2)-SiC carbon fibre reinforced composites were tested and analysed by room temperature bending test.Firstly,the three-dimensional model of the test fixture and specimen was established by three-dimensional modelling software Creo,and the force reasonableness of the specimen was verified by applying finite element analysis software Hypermesh.Then the specimens were subjected to room temperature four-point bending test.Finally,the mechanical properties such as flexural strength and flexural elastic modulus were analysed by combining with the observation of specimen cross-section morphology.
