摘  要:主要对铌合金材料干式切削加工工艺进行了研究。通过开展CBN刀具在铌合金材料切削加工过程中切削三要素(切削速度、进给量和背吃刀量)的切削加工试验,研究其对切削加工表面粗糙度和表面残余应力的影响,从而优化出适合干式切削加工的工艺参数,可为铌合金材料的超精密切削加工提供指导。The research mainly focused on the dry cutting processing technology of niobium alloy materials.Through conducting cutting processing experiments on the three cutting elements(cutting speed,feed rate and depth of cut)of CBN cutting tools during the cutting process of niobium alloy materials,the influence of these elements on the surface roughness and surface residual stress of the cut was studied.Thus,the process parameters suitable for dry cutting processing were optimized,which can provide guidance for the ultra-precision cutting processing of niobium alloy materials.
